Zephaniah 3:17 is a beautiful picture of God's love for you:

"For the Lord your God is living among you.  He is a mighty savior.  He will take delight in you with gladness.  With his love, he will calm all your fears.  He will rejoice over you with joyful songs."

We often hear - or share - the message of "God loves you."

But how often have you heard - or shared - this one?

"God likes you."

How often have you considered that God is "especially fond" of you, as my friend Paul Young would say?

Guilt says to us, "You've done something wrong."

Shame says, "You are something wrong."

But God says, "I like you!" and bursts into song.

How would your life be different if you let that truth seep down into your bones today?

Drop me a line and let me know.

While you're typing, take a listen to my song "Love That Don't Run Out" off You Are With Me.

God likes you,
